DESCRIPTION
Midian’s UED-1B DMV Series offers keypad encode, decode, transpond and ANI for DTMF, five-tone, pulse tone and two-tone. The UED-1B DMV offers multiple decode addresses for selective calling and functions such as Deadbeat Disable. The UED-1B DMV offers momentary, latched, and call lamp outputs. The backlit keypad enables memory dialing, DTMF hot dialing, and selective calling. Other features include Emergency ANI, CTCSS encode, penalty timer, and time-out timer.
APPLICATIONS
The UED-1B DMV can be used in fleets (taxi, public safety, towing, etc) for selective calling and ANI in DTMF and five-tone. The UED-1 DMV can encode and decode 1500 and 2805 Hz pulse tone for HEAR systems and two-tone for activating emergency systems or for two-tone paging.
INSTALLATION
Midian's UED-1B DMV can be adapted to most any two-way radio. This unit is supplied with a mounting bracket for installation in vehicles or other locations.
